I have visited Cyprus many times for concerts, as part of bands, but it is the first time that I get the opportunity to offer accordion lessons to students.

It is with great pleasure that I have accepted the invitation of AMusEd music school to offer accordion online lessons since it gives me the opportunity to share my knowledge and my passion with more people.

Having all the tools and the experience needed to offer high quality music lessons we decided to move on to this new collaboration.

Lessons can be given in Greek or English language.

My Story

I was born in Thessaloniki and I started accordion lessons from a very young age. I was always an active musician and I am proud to be one of the most recognized musicians as an accordion player both in collaborations with as an accordion player in concerts and in music discography with some of the most famous singers, composers and musicians in Greece and Balkans.

I have collaborated with Evanthia Rempoutsika, Alkistis Protopsalti, Socrates Malamas, Thanasis Papakostantinou, Elli Paspala, Yerasimos Andreatos, Panayiotis Kalatzopoulos, Matoula Zamani, Makis Seviloglou, Estudiantina, Manolis Mitsias, Theodosii Spassov, Petar Raltchev, Vlatko Stefanovski, Kostas Theodorou, Floros Floridis and many more.

Being an active music performer is not my only passion. The last 13 years I have been teaching at the Music Studies Department, University of Ioannina and I during the years I have given seminars and masterclasses in Greece and abroad.

Being passionate with Balkan music I am happy to be one of the pioneers in Balkan music in Greece and I have founded the music bands "Vorioi Etairoi" (Βόρειοι Εταίροι), the "Cabaret Balkan" and now the "Drom".

My latest side project is a duet "Tales from the Box" in which my accordion is conversing with the cello of Stellas Tempreli and we present a kaleidoscope of pictures, sounds, memories and experiences through different stories. Music stories that are coming out from the Box that each on of us carries and compose the soundtrack of our lives.

In May 2016 I have published with Kyklos Records my first full album with the title "A suitcase of dreams" with 12 compositions of mine. This album has gained many positive reviews abroad and have been played in Australia, Argentina and all around Europe. It was listed in the top 10 of best albums of ethnic music in Barcelona at rutes del so radio station.

In January 2021 I had the release of my new album "Spicy Margarita" with Artway - Technotropon.
