Andri was born in Nicosia and has studied the violin with the great music teachers, Dimitri Petridi, and Juan Dimond. She has a Violin degree with Excellence from ‘Elliniko Odeio Athinon’ with the great teacher K. Studibga. Also, she has studied with world known violin teachers MIfune Tsuji while studying at Anglia Ruskin University of Cambridge.
She has also studied Sociology at Panteion University of Athens and she got a Master degree in Social Justice and Education from the Institute of Education, University of London. Further to her studies she has got a ΒΑ Music (Honors) from Anglia Ruskin University, Cambridge of England.
She has worked as a visitor teacher at the Music School of Nicosia. She is a phd student at Music Education Department of the European University of Nicosia.
She has been a member of the City University Orchestra, London and as a leader Anglia Ruskin University Symphony Orchestra in Cambridge.
In Violin lessons she follows The Suzuki and N.Laourex methods for the development of joy through music and the development of violin playing skills. Through the violin lessons children aim to learn how to play the violin parallel to improving their problem solving skills, improving their cooperation skills and also improving their confidence in playing the music.
