Registrations for the
Academic Year 2025 - 2026
We are delighted to announce that we are now open for registrations for all our lessons. Before proceeding, kindly review all the information provided below, as well as the school's regulations. By registering, you agree to abide by the school's rules.
Our group lessons can accommodate up to 6 individuals. In case your desired group is already full, don't worry, we will get in touch with you to offer a similar group that might interest you.
Terms and Conditions
Registration and Yearly Fee Policy:
1. Registration Fee:
- This year, the registration fee is 25 euros per family.
- This fee covers insurance and supplies for the children for the whole year.
2. Lesson Fees:
- The fees are annual and the total cost for lessons is divided into 10 monthly payments.
- These payments include all holidays like Christmas and Easter.
- The monthly fee is the same every month and must be paid within the first 7 days of each month.
3. Missed Lessons:
- If the students postpone their lessons for a month or more, the fees will not be reduced or deducted from the total cost.
- In this case if fees are not paid the spot will be given to another student.
4. Discounts:
- Families with two or more children in our classes get a 5% discount on the total fees.
- And if you pay for the full year in advance, enjoy a 10% discount!
5. Private Lessons:
- Fees for all private lessons depend on the student's level and lesson duration.
Payment methods
AMusEd now exclusively accepts online payments, and all invoices will be conveniently sent through Revolut. If you already have a Revolut account, kindly provide us with the email associated with your account so you can directly receive notifications on your Revolut App.
For those who do not use Revolut, don't worry, you can still receive the invoice via email. To make the payment, you just click on the link and give the details of any visa card you have.
Policy for Absences and Make-up Lessons:

For Private Lessons:
If a student misses a private lesson, rescheduling for another time or transferring the lesson to a different day is not possible. However, if a lesson is canceled by the teacher, a make-up lesson will be offered during the Christmas or Easter break or in July.

For Group Sessions:
In group sessions, no make-up lessons will be provided for those who miss a lesson. Additionally, if a lesson is canceled by the teacher, a make-up lesson will be arranged during Christmas or Easter break or in July. Note that the class schedules for group sessions are carefully prepared to cater to our students' various preferences. Once the program is finalized, no further changes can be made to avoid disrupting other classes within our full schedule.
We strictly adhere to our cancellation policy throughout the year. This approach enables our teachers to create a detailed curriculum that ensures the highest standard of music education for you and your children. While we understand that rescheduling might be necessary in exceptional circumstances, we encourage students to maintain a regular routine of learning to maximize the benefits of our high-quality teaching.
Important note:
Please keep in mind that by registering at our school, we guarantee quality services and assure all our customers that all the educators working under AMusEd have been carefully selected and possess all the qualifications needed to teach their respective instruments or classes. For this reason, it may happen that other educators cover a teacher in case of their absence to avoid disrupting the daily schedule of both students and AMusEd.
Holidays for the School Year 2025 - 2026:
For the school year starting on 3rd September 2025 and ending on 27th June 2026, the music school will be closed on the following dates:

Early Childhood Groups:
For Early Childhood groups starting in 15th September 2025, please contact us to inquire about our schedule. To secure a spot in a specific class, we recommend registering early to avoid disappointment.
